Customer Support Representative (night shifts) (offline)

Qualifications and skills:

Advanced English
Experience in Customer support
Experience with the following tools: Zendesk, Google Suite
Experience with Adobe Photoshop will be a plus


Main responsibilities:

Handle incoming/outgoing chats and emails using Zendesk;
Dealing with day-to-day inquiries, tasks, questions;
Review all artwork to ensure adherence to client's production guidelines;
Making slight adjustments to the logos using Photoshop if necessary;
Other related tasks assigned by the Client and/or Helpware.
