We're looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, teams and workflows. We expect you to develop and implement detailed project plan for assigned projects to ensure that client commitments are achieved within the business objectives of the Company. Drive profitability/growth of the projects by making certain that client requirements are met or exceeded. Monitor staffing capacity and ratios to maintain smooth operations of assigned projects/programs that will complement forecasted workload. Responsible for improving team member and project performance by proactively identifying opportunities and recommend remediating actions/initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a change agent with a strong background and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.

Responsibilities:

Leading and supporting each step of the project management process;
Translates client procedures to operational procedures. Finalizes the processes based on client requirements.
Coordinates closely with the CSM for any ongoing issues / concerns on training, operations, tools (software and hardware) & quality and ensures these are taken into account or incorporated into any plan or actions.
Acting as a manager to team leads and team members;
Managing day-to-day team's/team members operations both directly and through team leads (up to 20 projects simultaneously);
Monitors the progress / completion status of activities in the project plan and flags any major issues that need resolution and immediate attention or corrective actions. Ensures that changes to the plans are agreed to and communicated to everyone concerned.
Assuming major responsibility for customer satisfaction and quality of deliverables;
Deliver all clients’ tasks, requests and deadlines, as well as feedback, to team members and ensuring completion/meeting/accommodation of those;
Creating, implementing and tracking various KPIs, and other metrics where applicable;
Team members performance evaluation, monitoring and control using various project management tools and task/time trackers;
Developing and driving corrective actions/action plans to ensure that team members are achieving their goals;
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly project and other types of reports for clients and the management team;
Other administrative tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in English;
Proven working experience in project management;
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills;
Solid analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills;
Conflict resolution and change management experience;
A motivated and results-driven team player;
Certification in project management will be a plus.
