Software Engineer OOP / SQL (offline)

Requirements:
- You have good knowledge and practice in OOP with min 1 year of experience in Windows programming using languages like Visual Basic, Visual C++, Delphi/Object Pascal, C# etc
- You have good knowledge and practice in SQL databases
- You have experience in database design and writing/optimizing database query
- You have experience in making reports and visualizing data using e.g. Crystal Reports.
- You are a creative, solution oriented person able to find smart solutions yourself using various tools and practices available online (open source)
- You have a MS/BS degree in Computer Sciences, IT or equivalent
- Familiarity with working according to SCRUM/Agile processes
- Excellent English and communication skills with good sense of humor?

Will be a plus:
- Experience in SqlWindows or other 4GL (for instance PowerBuilder, Gupta Team Developer)
- Experience with working with SQLBase and/or MS SQL
