Development (Team) Manager (offline)

You have:
• 3+ years of experience on PM position
• Experience in People Management on a relevant position — Team Leader, Team Manager or Technical Lead position.
• Good knowledge of software development processes
• Good knowledge of development practices and tools
• Ability to cooperate in complex set-ups
• Skilled negotiator and motivator
• Skilled in resolving bottlenecks
• Level of English — Upper-Intermediate and higher

Even better if you have:
• Previous experience in a hands-on technical role (either Operations or Software Development). Comfortable having an architectural discussion with engineers and facilitating technical decisions
• Experience with SaaS, cloud or managed services projects
• Experience with Microsoft technology stack
