Lead C++ / C# Senior Developer (offline)

The team will be fully responsible for development, maintaining and supposrt of the accounting product that is integrated with a multitude of downstream systems .
We are looking of Lead developer with experience in implementation backend systems and services running under Linux, and front-end systems based on C#.
The Lead should possess the capabilities to establish and setup development processess, drive development team and coordinate work with BA, QA, Operational and cross-functional application teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team of 10 engineers
• Establish SDLC and development best practices
• Perform initial Knowledge Acquisition
• Ensure constant delivery and high quality
• Take part in hiring and people management
• Working closely with business teams to define plans and solutions to provide a stable, agile, and user friendly platform
• Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain the real-time applications against defined interfaces;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in codes and devise solutions to these problems;
• Maintain code quality, code design and re-factor to gain the best performance;
• Ensure code quality with peer code reviews and providing constructive feedback
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience of leading a team of at least 5 engineers;
• Experience of direct communication with the customer and delivery planning;
• 5+ years of full life-cycle software development experience
• 4+ years of object-oriented development, in particular C++
• Solid knowledge on C#
• Experience in macro service oriented acrhitecture, OpenShift, Dockers
• Ability to collaborate in a team focused environment
• Excellent analytical skills and a real passion for solving problems
• Ability to suggest/research new technologies and quickly adapt to change
• English at the level of Upper-Intermediate
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of scripting languages Python, Unix or Powershell shell scripts desirable
• Experience wokring with Market Data
• Experience in simulator/trading systems
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
