Quality Manager / Business process Analyst (offline)

Project Description:
Change Management team is looking for process analyst to help us with transformation of Efficiency Monitoring function. This function was historically busy with maintaining proper level of documentation on Luxoft processes (policies, process descriptions, ISO-related documentation) and we plan to take it to the next level.

Key goals will be to ensure that these documents really work, constantly probing for areas where this is not happening and fixing it. This initiative is a part of bigger effort to make our internal procedures more transparent, data-driven and client-centric.

Responsibilities:
• To develop/update corporate documents (policies, process maps, guides, instructions) – alone or jointly with subject matter experts
• To lead development and support of various platforms ensuring process transparency – Q&A platforms, portals, service catalogues
• To maintain ISO-related documentation, plan ISO audit, provide on-site audit support

Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to describe business processes in clear, concise and structured way
• English proficiency is at least Upper Intermediate
• Excellent communication skills
• Structured, disciplined mind
• Business-oriented not bureaucracy-oriented person

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Visio
