Senior/Tech Lead Front-End (React.js) (offline)

Requirements:
• 4+ years of commercial/production-grade web application development
• Reusable, testable, and efficient coding approach
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Knowledge of React, Redux
• Knowledge of newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Understanding of RESTful principles
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Experience with version control systems (git preferred)
• Knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, and patterns/anti-patterns
• Good level of English: reading, writing, speaking
• Knowledge of strongly-typed JavaScript dialects/supersets (TypeScript, etc.)
• Knowledge of authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance
• Self-motivation

Responsibilities:
• Regular code reviews on the company’s ongoing projects
• Development from project onboarding to release
• Participation in presales processes: advising on choosing
the right technology stack for the solution, decisions on the architecture of the planned solution
• Assistance to the development team in solving complicated,
non-trivial technical assignments
• Estimations according to our internal procedure
• Handle job interviews for other FE candidates should the company decide to hire more stuff.
