Game Designer (offline)

Required skills
How we see our ideal candidate:
— 3+ years of experience in creating games
— strong sensitivity to gameplay and social game design, understanding how to build needs and emotions in the context of a game
— strong knowledge of game balancing and pacing
— comfortable iterating on ideas using rapid prototyping techniques
— understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design
— expert in math and formulas in game environment
— English Intermediate (daily communication with client)

Responsibilities
As a part of the team you will:
— creating or adapt leading game features to work with an existing game;
— work with product managers, Live-Ops and Design teams to oversee and assist with the
implementation of new features and systems;
— create and implement gameplay missions, quests, AI encounters, scripted events, etc;
— introduce new gameplay mechanics to improve the overall user experience;
— write specs. Rewrite specs. Produce a complete design document ready for art and coding;
— make Iterate, balance, and tune gameplay features based on ideas and feedback from the team, QA and playtesting throughout production.

We are a mobile game development company. Now we are working on the cross-platform mobile game: city builder with supply chains. The project is on the release stage.
