About project:

SW orchestrates for Metrology .

Key words would be : Embedded, C/C++, Python, Linux, Team Management, Agile/Scrum.

Open position: Embedded Software Engineer (Team Leader) . Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in a various software domains
Good people manager background – exp. in leading a team 10+ people
Knowledge on stakeholder management
Experienced in setting up the business priorities
Thorough understanding of embedded programming, C/C++, Python and Linux systems
Experience of Agile/scrum methodology and practices is a must
Fluent English
Responsibilities:

Track deliverable progress
Report to one or more Project Leaders of a functional team
Organize the work (team schedule, coaches team members, build a strong team)
to get involved also in the technical details and decision making
Eventually you will have the role of Scrum Master or Project Officer in an Agile/scrum environmen
