Senior Project Manager (IRC90973) (offline)

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Manual or Automation QA background
- Experience in running projects of 50+ employees and multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in different outsourcing business models: Fix bids, T&M, Cost+
- Proficient in setting up project management and QA processes
- Upper-intermediate or advanced English level
- Good communication skills

- Experience with Medical projects – is a plus
- Business Analysis skills – is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee several test teams working within the same program
- Drive current projects according to client expectations and delivery
roadmap
- Ensure efficient end-to-end delivery on the project
- Stakeholder management and status reporting
- Talents management
- Support program development and new business development
- Support reaching established financial targets and profitability
- Become a trusted adviser for client stakeholders
