Atlassian Jira administrator (offline)

Requirements:
• Experience in administration and using of Atlassian products family (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, confluence); Experience with JSD – is necessary.
• Deep knowledge of JIRA administrative configuration (Workflows, Schemes , permissions, notifications, behaviors and custom field configuration; etc) and their impact on instance performance and usability;
• Good experience in Scriptrunner for JIRA or knowledge of Groovy scripting language;
Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA API.
• Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with them;
• English: Upper Intermediate

Will be a plus:
• Atlassian Certificates;
• Technical background;
• Experience with Automation and Workflow Rules;

Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, manage, and support JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence;
• Authorize and endorse best practices for the usage of JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence;
• Assist with user administration and management;
• Architect, design and support custom JIRA workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports;
• Provide in-depth training to business users in JIRA Software, JIRA Core, JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence features and functions.
• Performing regular security audits (SOC1)
• Administration of all existing infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation.
