Android Team Lead (offline)

Required:
- 4+ years of software development experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Solid knowledge and experience in software design- analysis, concepts, design patterns, methods, documentation, and presentation
- Experience of estimation and planning
- Good knowledge of: Core Java, Multithreading, Android SDK, Kotlin
- Good knowledge of software testing including both white and black box testing
- Good knowledge and experience in software design - analysis, concepts, design patterns, methods, documentation, and presentation
- Understanding CI/CD concept
- Upper-intermediate and above in English verbal and written.
- Good communication skills and experience in collaborative environments

Nice to have:
- background in C/C++ development

- Leading an Android team

- Work with the product manager for requirements capture and clarification
- Estimate and plan execution with the team
