IT Recruiter (offline)

Necessary skills:

— Knowledge of recruitment process
— Experience in direct search and hunting
— Good knowledge of working with LinkedIn and Turbohiring search (Boolean Search - will be a great plus!)
— Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
— Ability to build strong relationships
— Good written and spoken English (Intermediate+)

— Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of hunting and recruiting tools
— Conducting all stages of the interview
— Building a strategy for predictive hiring and maintaining communication with potential candidates
— Assist in developing, executing and improving HR strategy
