Signet offers a product suite that our enterprise clients leverage to enhance the center experience they provide to their customers. This product suite includes multiple applications that run across various digital endpoints from web, tablets, flat screen displays, large format media walls and interactive displays.

Project team: 13 people

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with onsite Signet team and Signet client’s stakeholders on
requirements elicitation and management
• Maintain close collaboration with the BA team and assist with organizing
BA processes
• Evaluate and analyze data, propose and facilitate solutions in order to
satisfy project's needs
• Develop user stories & closely work with the dev team on user stories
refinement
• Work closely with UX-design team and make design refinement
• Support development team daily
• Validate implemented functionality to make sure that it is matching the
requirements
• Facilitate grooming sessions with the team
• Participate/conduct a demo for project stakeholders, team, clients
• Analyze and improve the current state of systems/business processes

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong
commitment to providing exceptional service
• Experience with analyzing the operational flow of existing products and
identifying areas in need of improvement
• Experience with a broad range of methods and tools, including use
cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios
• Familiarity with web software development principles
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Readiness to supervise the junior BAs
• Capability to learn, systematize and retain business knowledge quickly
• Being able to learn such tools as Scala Designer, Scala player and Scala
Content Manager within the shortest possible time
• Strong self-managing skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and correspondence)
• Familiar with requirements management
• Expertise in scope management
• Analytical thinking
• English level upper intermediate +

Will be a plus:

• Basic expertise in web or mobile development technologies
• Experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of such tools as Scala Designer, Scala player and Scala
