Researcher (offline)

Required skills:
· Educated person with good knowledge of English
· Desire to learn new things related to IT
· Quick learner (and we mean it)
· Some experience in HR or somehow connected to the IT field
· Proficiency in using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google office suite: Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Responsibilities:
Write and post technical job descriptions
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow and Github
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
