Customer Support Engineer (offline)

You will be responsible for tasks or duties like:
- Resolving technical customer tickets
- Troubleshooting technical problems with the platform
- Communicating these problems to other team members
- Outlining the specifics of customer feature requests

Required Skills:
- Strong command of the English language (advanced+)
- Work experience with VMware and Windows Servers (Microsoft certification is a plus)
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure principles
- Attention to details
- Troubleshooting
