Lead Test Engineer (IRC84618) (offline)

The purpose of the project is a Clinic-Patient Web system which serves medical devices data upload, storage and analysis.

Required skills:
- 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in Software Testing on
different roles on project(s)
- Ability to manage team of 5 testers
- Takes technical leadership on a whole project or a subproject
- Experienced in creating project-level technical estimations
- Excellent business communications skills
- Presentation skills
- Reporting skills
- Experience in dealing with input documentation from customers
- Excellent knowledge and experience in SDLC, STLC, Agile->Scrum/Kanban
- Understanding of configuration management/version control applications
e.g. Git
- Experience in TDD, BDD

Nice to have:
- Experience in backend Java application design and testing
- Experience with SaaS or Cloud Computing
- Demonstrated understanding in working with Database systems such as Oracle and NoSQL DB
- Experience in testing web services or remote APIs such as: REST, RMI, JMS and SOAP
- Experience in SQL

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tests for products and related components
- Provide root cause analysis, investigations, troubleshooting and resolving
product issues
- Perform manual testing and other duties as required
- Develop system test strategy for manual testing and drive quality of the
healthcare infrastucture products
- Provide input to management on task duration estimation
- Meet testing project deadlines in collaboration with the client's team
- Propose, define and implement processes and standards for improved
testing
- Maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements
- Requirements analysis
- Test coverage analysis
- Risks analysis
- Test plan creation
- Test design creation
