Sales Development Representative (offline)

Requirements:
— 1+ years of successful sales experience (particularly selling to small and medium-sized businesses);
— Experiences in B2B / B2C sales (SaaS sales experience will be a big plus);
— Great communication skills: You’ll be spending most of your day communicating with prospects, and with our team. The most important trait we’re looking for is someone who is highly capable of communicating their message clearly, concisely, and persuasively in both verbal and written mediums;
— Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level (both written and verbal);
— Self-motivated and self-organized;
— Tech-Savviness (to successfully sell our products, you need to be able to understand what’s going on under the hood, and explain that customers of varying levels);
— Attention to detail and proactivity.

Responsibilities:

— Engaging, nurturing, and closing leads acquired via a wide variety of channels (we’re getting a lot through our existing channels, so you’ll have plenty of lead flow to start with);
— Generating new leads through a wide variety of means including both prospecting as well as identifying strategies for acquiring leads en masse;
— Working with customers to answer their questions via both phone and email prior to the sale, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our customer experience team for onboarding. You will mostly own the pre-sale experience;
— Gathering, maintaining, and updating metrics that clearly indicate the close rate as well as other strengths and weaknesses of various inbound and outbound strategies.
