Associate Project Manager (IRC84021) (offline)

Our modular and configured patient monitors and telemetry systems assure immediate access to comprehensive patient data when and where needed. Parameter modules enable you to customize monitoring to specific patients. Sophisticated clinical tools are integrated into our patient monitors to optimize care and efficiency, and connectivity solutions assure reliable performance throughout the network.

Requirements
- 4+ years of the overall experience, 2+ on a management position. Direct management of small/mid-size project teams (10-15 FTE).
- Background in software development or testing.
- Being able to elicit and document project requirements
- Experience in working with foreign customers in the IT industry
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to build effective teams, motivate and direct staff
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Practical knowledge of Agile and agile-based methodologies
- Experience in close customer communication
- Experience in mentoring team leads/team members
- Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Responsibilities
- Lead several sub-teams (up to 15 team members)
- Communicate with the client(s)
- Coordinate cooperation with internal departments
- Coordinate technical issues resolution
- Management risks and changes
- Influencing scope and estimations
- Responsibility for the particular processes within the whole project (e.g. configuration management, tasks management, etc.)
