Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 3+ years of working experience as a Project/Product Manager in outsourcing company;
— Upper-Intermediate level of verbal and written English;
— Experience in creating and maintaining documentation;
— Great technical background;
— Proven ability to understand the client’s business needs and to transform them into technical requirements;
— Previous experience of working with foreign clients;
— Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details;
— Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
— Excellent organizational and time management skills;
— Be flexible to change, and willing to adapt with client and team needs.

Responsibilities:
— Working closely with the Head of Product to understand context and business logic behind initiatives and tickets;
— Removing blockers by addressing questions to clarify engineering tasks;
— Bridging the timezone gap between the US and UA teams by providing clarity to engineering team in a timely manner;
— Linking relevant historical tickets to gather context;
— Ensuring design tickets are properly linked to an engineering ticket;
— Adding information that would improve engineer understanding of a specific task;
— Updating engineering tickets based on discussion and consensus;
— Creating tickets based on preferred engineering conventions, reducing slippage between frontend and backend teams;
— Understanding task and project dependencies, coordinating handoffs between stakeholders (design, engineering, QA);
— Creating weekly status reports regarding open engineering tasks;
— Ensure newly built features passes user acceptance test based on understanding of ticket specifications.
