DevOps Engineer (offline)

Required qualifications: 
— Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering;
— 3+ years of professional development experience;
— Strong knowledge and experience with Docker;
— Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes;
— Experience with Git, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools;
— Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL;
— Experience with monitoring solutions such as DataDog;
— Understanding how to build an isolated infrastructure with increased security requirements;
— Have working knowledge of GCP ecosystem and GCP Kubernetes;
— Strong experience in UNIX/Linux systems administration skills, including configuration, troubleshooting and automation;
— Strong communication and collaboration soft skills.

Desired Experience and Skills:
— Experience with Java build tools (Maven) and deployment process;
— Experience with SonarQube, Artifactory, Consul, RabbitMQ, Redis;
— Troubleshooting, performance and full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention);
— Proficiency in a high-level language like Java;
— Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks, standards and implementation in public cloud environments;
— Configuring Java application servers such as Tomcat;
— Configuring WWW servers such as Apache, Nginx or Haproxy;
— Familiarity with Cloud Native principles;
— Participate in the planning, implementation, and growth of our infrastructure on GCP.

Responsibilities:
— You will work collaboratively with software engineers and other leads to deploy and operate our systems;
— Help automate and streamline our operations and processes;
— Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations;
— Troubleshoot resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments.
