DevOps Engineer (offline)

Required qualifications:Β 
β€” Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering;
β€” 3+ years of professional development experience;
β€” Strong knowledge and experience with Docker;
β€” Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes;
β€” Experience with Git, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools;
β€” Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL;
β€” Experience with monitoring solutions such as DataDog;
β€” Understanding how to build an isolated infrastructure with increased security requirements;
β€” Have working knowledge of GCP ecosystem and GCP Kubernetes;
β€” Strong experience in UNIX/Linux systems administration skills, including configuration, troubleshooting and automation;
β€” Strong communication and collaboration soft skills.

Desired Experience and Skills:
β€” Experience with Java build tools (Maven) and deployment process;
β€” Experience with SonarQube, Artifactory, Consul, RabbitMQ, Redis;
β€” Troubleshooting, performance and full-cycle incident response (mitigation, correction, prevention);
β€” Proficiency in a high-level language like Java;
β€” Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks, standards and implementation in public cloud environments;
β€” Configuring Java application servers such as Tomcat;
β€” Configuring WWW servers such as Apache, Nginx or Haproxy;
β€” Familiarity with Cloud Native principles;
β€” Participate in the planning, implementation, and growth of our infrastructure on GCP.

Responsibilities:
β€” You will work collaboratively with software engineers and other leads to deploy and operate our systems;
β€” Help automate and streamline our operations and processes;
β€” Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations;
β€” Troubleshoot resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments.
