This product suite includes multiple applications that run across various digital endpoints from web, tablets, flat screen displays, large format media walls, and interactive displays.
The core product is a customer engagement application that is developed as a web and tablet application that our enterprise clients leverage to enhance the center experience they provide to their customers. This application uses our Signet Digital Engagement Platform and a Scheduling Integration System to provide attendees with briefing information such as: where the meeting is located within the center, the date and time of the meeting, and session topics. The app adds extra value to attendees by enabling access on any of their devices and includes additional information in the form of downloadable media, suggestions of places to eat, visit, and stay, and information about the center. Attendees are also able to provide feedback in the application regarding their briefings, which gives the clients valuable and actionable data on the success of their briefings and how to improve them. Responsibilities:
• End-to-end responsibility for project delivery (NodeJS, Angular 8+, TypeScript, AWS)
• Manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, including project initiation, requirements and specifications, architecture design, development and integration, testing, and post implementation activities
• Continuously improve project management tools and techniques in order to deliver excellent solutions to the customers
• Work with clients, project team members and stakeholders to define project scope, resource requirements, timeline, deliverables and milestones
• Responsible for setting up the project from the ground up, as well as advocating for the best engineering practices and tools for effective use
• Accountable for solution architecture development and code review
• Drive engagements of the average size of 20-30+ employees in total
• Take a proactive role in contributing to the best delivery management practices and processes within the company
• Governing the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues, making sure the design code and overall solution is of top-notch quality. Is completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Software development practices, Cloud and modern development languages
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience
• 3+ years in positions of Delivery/Team Lead, Solution/Enterprise Architect, or Delivery/Project/Program Manager
• Experience in delivering web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript technologies
• Solid experience in managing delivery engagements end-to-end on teams averaging 20-30 in total
• Experience in governing project delivery across the board of all stakeholders and proven track record in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery
• Strong, proven experience in software engineering with ability to design and deliver sustainable solutions
• Solid understanding of the project management best practices including different methodologies and tools
• Understanding of Agile Project management methodologies. Agile/Scrum experience is a must.
• Great leadership skills: ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations/domains and implement enterprise-wide and custom solutions. Direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members
• Experience in the design and implementation of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment setups
• Experience and up-to-date knowledge of design and implementation of end-to-end solutions (including OOP, SOA, mobile, and responsive applications)
• English level – upper-intermediate

Will be a plus:
• Experience with NodeJS, AWS, Angular 8+
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Experience with managing people
