Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:

Must have:

1. Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
2. English - Upper intermediate;
3. Understanding the main management methodologies, as well as frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc);
4. Good communication skills (ability to conduct dialogue, ability to resolve conflict situations);
5. Experience in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation;
6. The ability to correctly transform thoughts into text;
7. Understanding basic technical terminology.

Nice to have:

1. Basic theoretical knowledge of Blockchain technologies - DLT, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Smart-contracts, DApps etc;
2. Experience with professional tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.
3. Experience in IoT projects.

Responsibility:

1. Study and analysis of the project concept;
2. Estimation of the terms of the project;
3. Validation of the image and boundaries of the product;
4. Collection of requirements;
5. Participation in project planning;
6. Participation in the formation of TK and prioritization for team members;
7. Distribution of tasks and implementation of interaction between project participants;
8. Monitoring the implementation of tasks and adjusting, if necessary;
9. Drawing up reports on the work done;
10 Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
