Game Designer Offline

We are seeking a talented Game Designer to contribute to the creation of visually rich and interactive iGaming experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Establish the visual direction of digital lottery games, developing distinctive concepts, themes, and graphical styles that support the intended player experience.
• Illustrate and prepare game-ready artwork, ensuring visual assets are refined, consistent, and suitable for vector-based production workflows.
• Create expressive 2D animations for in-game elements using Spine, following established animation workflows and fundamental principles of movement and timing.
• Drive assigned art tasks independently across the production cycle, from early-stage design through asset completion, release, and subsequent support.
• Work in partnership with game development colleagues to align artistic deliverables with project objectives and production requirements.
• Review creative work, exchange constructive feedback, and contribute practical expertise to the development of other artists.
• Improve production efficiency by identifying reusable graphical components, refining asset creation practices, and promoting consistent workflows.

• Maintain awareness of current developments in game art, animation, and digital gaming experiences, applying relevant ideas to future projects.

   

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience using Spine, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital illustration and drawing workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with digital design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Animate.
• Hands-on experience producing artwork and visual assets for 2D games on mobile and/or web platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating game art capabilities, illustration quality, and animation expertise.
• A solid grasp of visual composition, design fundamentals, and core animation techniques.
• The ability to turn creative ideas into compelling visual concepts, game themes, and intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• An understanding of the iGaming domain and a genuine interest in designing engaging player-facing experiences.
  
  Additional Advantage
• Experience in  the development of 3D games for mobile devices and/or web platforms.
