System Administrator (offline)

Requirements:

- Ability to work from Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm
- Experience with Windows Server 2016;
- Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS);
- Experience with Office365, G-Suite;
- Experience in administration of MSSQL databases;
- Confident knowledge of *NIX systems;
- Experience in supporting web-solutions using LAMP-stack;
- Apache, NGINX, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL — you should know what it is, how it works and how to configure it;
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP stack and DNS;
- Strong understanding of web services work and experience in maintenance of web servers;
- Experience administrating Windows/UNIX systems;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Understanding of the following protocols and technologies: HTTP, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, Servlet/JSP, SQL, HTML, XML;

Good to have:

- Knowledge of cloud services such as OpenStack, Amazon AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, including deployment, monitoring, and management of services deployed to the cloud.
- Experience with development and/or scripting for Windows and Unix-based platforms
- Virtualization: Proxmox, VMware vCenter Server; VMWare ESXI
- Experience in the usage of monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.);
- Backup tools: Veeam
- VOIP
- Bitrix

Job Responsibilities:

- Company network / VPN management and troubleshooting
- Provide end-user support for a remote / distributed team of approximately 40-50 staff members
- Manage and support applications to support team members and clients
- OpenVPN
- Google G Suite for Business
- Setup and manage Linux and Windows-based infrastructure running on Proxmox
- Setup and manage Linux and Windows-based infrastructure running in OVH
- Provider monitoring and management of commercial applications including first-line support and response
- Front line support for an issue with tools and services offered by the company
- Provide help desk support to employees
- Enforce security rules on applications and services across the organization
