Catastrophe Modeling Analyst (offline)

World’s leading Reinsurance Broker, Market leader in Central & Eastern Europe invites Catastrophe Modeling Analyst to join their growing team in CEE region, based in Kiev office

Main tasks will include:
• Analyzing the impact of natural catastrophes on clients’ property portfolios, using internally developed models, as well as externally licensed catastrophe models
• Analyzing and processing clients’ portfolio data
• Testing and evaluation of the third-party catastrophe models
• Collaboration with colleagues from Prague, business trips abroad

To apply for this offer, you should have:
• Master's degree - in natural sciences, mathematics and statistics. The role is also suitable for last year Master's students!
• Strong knowledge of Maths, Physics, Statistics, Probability Theory
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of MS Access and SQL are welcomed
• Solid communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• At least Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and apply new methods, find own solutions
