Middle AI / Full-Stack Engineer

We are partnering with an AI-focused technology company that builds intelligent automation solutions for businesses, including AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems. The team works on practical AI applications designed to streamline complex processes and improve operational efficiency.

About the role

We are looking for a Middle-level Engineer to join a team developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows. You will work under the guidance of the existing technical team, contributing to implementation, integrations, and product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain or comparable AI development frameworks and platforms.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Python, TypeScript, Java, React.
• Understanding of AI integrations, automation workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
• For Front-End Engineers: experience building enterprise dashboards and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver production-ready code.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Availability to overlap with US business hours for team syncs and meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows, AI agents, or multi-step automation.
• Familiarity with voice AI solutions or LLM performance and token optimization.
• Experience working with healthcare or HealthTech products.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements and experience handling sensitive data.

Work setup and availability

• 100% remote.
• Full-time engagement.
• Expected start date: early November 2026.
• Willingness to maintain overlapping working hours with the US-based team for regular syncs.
