Integration Manager

We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our partner's international FinTech project and manage the technical integration of payment solutions.

You will work closely with merchants, payment providers, QA engineers, and development teams to ensure smooth integrations, accurate payment processing, and successful launches.

We are looking for a proactive, technically minded specialist who understands payment flows, can independently investigate integration issues, and takes ownership of the integration process from requirements clarification to production launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchants throughout the integration of payment solutions.
• Consult merchants and internal teams on API documentation, technical requirements, and payment flows.
• Collect and clarify integration requirements before passing tasks to the development team.
• Coordinate integration activities with payment providers, developers, and QA engineers.
• Verify API requests and responses, callbacks, redirects, transaction statuses, and integration parameters.
• Organize and coordinate testing of deposits, payouts, and other payment scenarios.
• Analyze technical errors, logs, failed transactions, and integration issues.
• Communicate with payment providers to investigate declines, resolve technical issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Validate new integrations, payment methods, and provider configurations before production launch.
• Support merchant go-live and troubleshoot existing integrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration quality and internal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, PSP, Payment Processing, or payment integrations.
• Practical understanding of payment integration processes, including deposits and payouts.
• Experience working with REST APIs, API documentation, requests/responses, callbacks, and redirects.
• Ability to analyze transaction statuses, technical errors, and integration logs.
• Experience testing payment flows and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Experience communicating with payment providers, merchants, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple integration tasks independently.
• Structured approach, attention to detail, and strong ownership.
• English — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment gateways or payment orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of P2P payments and alternative payment methods (APMs).
• Experience working with multiple PSPs or merchants.
• Background in high-risk payments, crypto, or complex payment environments.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
