Router configuration: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience Configuring a gateway router for: DSL/cable Internet connectivity, wireless settings, VoIP settings
Knowledge Level: Medium + Requirement: Mandatory

Linux OS: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience with working with/managing Linux servers (installation, packages, network defs, firewall, etc)
Knowledge Level: Medium + Requirement: Mandatory

XML / SOAP: Proven Knowledge & Practical experience with Basic usage of XML/ SOAP messages
Knowledge Level: Basic Requirement: Mandatory

ISP support representative: Experience as support representative serving DSL/Cable Internet subscribers as a tier 2 helpdesk member
Knowledge Level: Medium + Requirement: Advantage

Windows server ed.: Acquaintance with Windows server ed. 200X OS for configuring basic functionalities (IIS, telnet service, folder security etc.)
Knowledge Level: Basic Requirement: Advantage

SQL syntax: Basic operations with simple sql statements for Mysql / Oracle
Knowledge Level: Basic Requirement: Advantage

Software integration: Working in a multiple software components environment where there is data interconnectivity between the different components
