IT Support Engineer / System Administrator (On-site)

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to run day-to-day IT operations in our Dnipro office. You’ll support employees, look after the network, backup power, security systems and equipment, and work closely with the IT Operations & Security team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to office employees and quickly replace faulty equipment.
• Set up meeting rooms for client calls and install office equipment (printers, TVs, displays).
• Administer MikroTik routers (DHCP, NAT, firewall, VPN/IPsec, failover) and the Starlink backup uplink.
• Manage UniFi Wi-Fi access points and Protect cameras.
• Monitor infrastructure in Zabbix and respond to alerts.
• Keep critical infrastructure running during power outages (Deye, EcoFlow, UPS).
• Maintain the Ajax alarm system.
• Set up, reset and reimage laptops on Windows, macOS and Linux, including remote setup for distributed employees.
• Prepare and track test devices, and keep the equipment inventory up to date.
• Provide remote support via Apple Remote Desktop and AnyDesk, and install Cortex XDR and GlobalProtect.
• Handle requests in Jira Service Management and maintain guides in Confluence.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VLAN, VPN.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik and UniFi.
• Confident with Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Understanding of monitoring (Zabbix or similar) and backup power systems.
• Basic understanding of EDR/XDR and corporate VPN.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Service mindset and the ability to explain technical things in simple terms.
• English: Intermediate+.

Nice to have:

• macOS MDM, Apple Business Manager, Munki.
• Experience with Starlink, Ajax, or CCTV setup.
• Hands-on experience with Cortex XDR and GlobalProtect.
• MTCNA certification.
