What You'll Do
- Design interfaces for Web3 products, from research and wireframes to final mockups and prototypes
- Balance great user experience with security and regulatory compliance requirements
- Build and evolve design systems for our clients' products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA
- Prepare clear mockups and specs for development, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG)
What We're Looking For
- Commercial experience in web UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, composition, and grids
- Experience with design systems and responsive design
- Experience with UX research, user flows, CJMs, and wireframes
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints
- A strong portfolio with case studies that show your process and results
- Ability to work in the fast-changing environment and tight deadlines of startups
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, Web3/crypto, or B2B/SaaS
- Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations
- Motion design skills
- Experience using AI tools in your design workflow
