Android Developer (offline)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our application.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
-Work with outside data sources and API’s
-Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
-Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies

Qualifications and Skills:
-BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
-Architectural thinking
-Understanding of UX and Design Patterns
-Proven software development experience and Android skills development
-Experience with Android SDK
-Knowledge and experience using Kotlin
-Experience with testing frameworks
-Experience with networking (REST, JSON, etc.)
-Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
-Understanding of Agile methodologies
-Experience with Jira, Confluence
-Good written and spoken English

Nice to have
-3+ years of professional experience
-Experience in building Android SDKs
-Experience with Android Wear
-Experience in building software for consumer devices
-Experience participating in complete product software development cycle from inception to launch
-Understanding of web and cloud development
