Motion Designer

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team!

Requirements

• 5+ years in motion design
• Portfolio with 2D or 3D motion design and AI video projects
• Expert level in After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools in production
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition and typography
• Experience animating static layouts and UI while preserving brand identity
• Basic sound design: SFX selection and sync
• Ability to work independently, propose solutions
• 3D skills in C4D/Blender: modeling, materials, lighting, animation, rendering (Redshift / Octane / Cycles)

Will be plus

• Experience in iGaming or fintech products

Responsibilities
- Creation of diverse motion graphics for RedСore products, from short social media videos (Reels, Stories) to complex 2D/AI video and 3D video projects

- Transforming static layouts into motion video while preserving product identity, and proposing motion solutions at the layout stage

- Independent completion of tasks of any complexity, with the right to make decisions on style and logic within brand guidelines

- Effective interaction with stakeholders to ensure high approval rates

- Maintaining and updating the motion design system and animation templates, ensuring consistency across all assets

- Сonducting quarterly analysis of own work and strict deadline management
