Retention Designer

Our Retention department is actively scaling and launching new products, so we are looking for a talented Retention Designer to strengthen our team! If you know how to create visual materials that retain players' attention and increase conversion, and you want to work with gamification on the Smartico platform, this job is for you. Our goal is the smooth launch of CRM campaigns and gamification to increase player engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing visual content for regular CRM communications, including email newsletters, in-app messages, and design for sportsbook.
• Creating designs for gamification elements for the Smartico platform, such as badges, mission icons, loyalty level visualizations, tournaments, and mini-games.
• Adapting and resizing existing promo materials for various formats and communication channels.
• Collaborating with CRM managers to create creatives for new bonus offers, tournaments, and triggered campaigns.
• Adhering to the brand book and maintaining a unified visual brand style across all retention channels.

Requirements (Hard Skills):

• 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming design. We are open to considering specialists with slightly less experience.
• Confident proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming, Gamedev, or Product IT domains with a focus on marketing and retention.
• A strong and relevant portfolio. The portfolio must include promo materials or email newsletters and specific design experience in the iGaming retention industry.
• English level A2-B1 or higher for familiarizing yourself with documentation and texts for banners.

Soft Skills:

• Adequate acceptance of constructive feedback, readiness for quick edits, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A team player ready for close collaboration with CRM managers.

• Proactivity, attention to detail (pixel-perfect approach), and a high level of self-organization.
