Customer Support Specialist (offline)

Requirements:
-Skills of free written and oral communication in English
-Windows PC proficiency and typing skills
-Willingness to work at night shifts
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal control
-Customer service experience


Duties:
-Work with a team of customer support specialists and other departments
-Handle customer requests over the phone, in chat and mail
-Work on customer loyalty, through an individual approach in accordance with the principles of the company
-Investigate and answer questions and solve problems for complete customer satisfaction
-Work in CRM
