Customer Support Representative (offline)

Must have:

- Experience in Customer Support

- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken)

- Good communication skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Understanding of network technologies

- Ability to learn new technical product

- Strong PC skills


Good to have:

- Experience with Jira

- Experience with ticket systems (Zendesk / Kayako/other)

- Technical writing skills
