Senior Python Engineer (MCP / Prompting)

We are looking for a strong Senior Python Engineer to build MCP-based backend systems and LLM-powered integrations. This role is focused on Python, MCP, prompting, Git, and FastAPI/FastMCP, with room to quickly grow into adjacent areas such as embeddings, evals, Kubernetes, and LLM inference.
 

Core Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, MCP, prompting, and Git.

- Solid backend engineering skills with FastAPI or FastMCP.

- Ability to design, build, and maintain reliable APIs and services for AI-driven workflows.
 

Nice to Have / Learn Fast:

- Exposure to Kubernetes, embeddings, evals, and LLM inference concepts such as temperature, top_p, guardrails, and bias mitigation.
 

What You’ll Do:

- Build and maintain Python-based MCP services and integrations.

- Develop backend APIs for LLM-powered products using FastAPI/FastMCP.

- Work on prompting, tool integration, reliability, and production readiness of AI workflows.

- Expand into modern LLM infrastructure and evaluation practices as needed.
