Product Manager (offline)
You can have the chance to define the future of the real estate advertising industry, to work on complex products, including machine learning and blockchain technologies, and multiple new products built from scratch, with your direction.
What will I be doing?
● Managing between teams of product designers and engineers.
● Owning and maintaining product quality, the delivery of new features and updates.
● Delivering a product that reflects a deep understanding of the business strategy.
● Managing the roadmap: conducting detailed research into problem areas in the industry and solutions.
● Managing and tracking our key performance indicators.
● Motivating a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers.
What skills do I need?
● Multiple years experience in a Product Manager role
● Strong design background, be able to think deeply about product design decisions and understand of how to create simple user interfaces (a QA background would also be interesting)
● Be a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them. Be comfortable in making decisions without consensus. You can help others make decisions by being persuasive.
● You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with design researchers and analysts.
● You’re entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self driven.
● You’re incredibly organised.
● Be able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.
● Have an understanding of the technical architecture of complex web and mobile applications.
You may work remotely as you wish; there's also a growing team in Lviv and team members in Dnipro (in case you're based there).
