Junior Sports CRM Manager

We are looking for a Junior Sports CRM Manager to join our CRM team and help us deliver engaging, relevant, and timely communications to sports betting audiences across our target Tier-1 GEOs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about sports, has a good understanding of the sportsbook industry, and wants to build a career in CRM, retention, and iGaming marketing.
You will work closely with sports, CRM, marketing, and content teams to plan and launch campaigns around major sporting events, manage player segments, and monitor campaign performance.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Sports Calendar & Promo Planning: Maintain an up-to-date sports calendar for target Tier-1 GEOs and plan promotional campaigns around major sporting events and key tournaments.
• Campaign Launch: Set up, test, and deploy triggered and scheduled CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS, and In-app channels using the Smartico platform.
• Sports Provider Collaboration: Work with the Betby platform to configure sports offers and ensure accurate synchronization of events, limits, and restrictions.
• Database Segmentation: Create and manage audience segments to deliver relevant bonuses and communications to different player groups, including regular active players, VIPs, and reactivation audiences.
• Content & CMS: Upload and manage promotional content, banners, and promo pages within our CMS and Smartico iFrames.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including SMM and Casino CRM, to support cross-sell initiatives and other marketing activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and key CRM metrics such as Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, Open Rate, Bonus Cost, and Bonus Ratio.
• Bonus Optimization: Support the team in analyzing campaign results and optimizing bonus expenditure

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Strong Sports Knowledge: You follow the sports industry closely and have a solid understanding of major leagues and competitions such as UEFA, EPL, NBA, NFL, and others.
• Passion for Sports: You understand what drives sports fans and can identify key events and moments that can be leveraged for CRM campaigns.
• Basic iGaming Knowledge: Previous entry-level experience in betting/gambling is a plus, but a strong understanding of how a sportsbook operates is also sufficient.
• Copywriting Skills: You can create short, engaging, and clear copy for Push notifications, SMS, and other CRM communications.
• Content Management Skills: Comfortable working with CMS tools and managing promotional content.
• Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with numbers and understand basic marketing and CRM metrics such as Open Rate, Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, and Bonus Cost.
• English: B1 or higher.

It Would Be a Big Plus If You Have

• Basic experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Smartico, Fast Track, Optimove, or similar tools.
• Understanding of key sportsbook bonus mechanics, including free bets, cashback, and bet insurance.
• Previous experience in CRM, retention, digital marketing, sports marketing, or iGaming.
• Experience working with sports betting products or sportsbook platforms.
