IT Project Manager (offline)

Required skills:
- 2+ years of project management experience;
- Understanding different methodologies of project management;
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ people and deliver multiple projects;
- Strong co- mmunication skills;
- Experience in contract preparation and negotiation;
- Risks, issues and scope management;
- Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:
- Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management;
- Experience in solution design.

Responsibilities:
- Manage internal projects including scope, documentation, project plan, resources, reporting, risks, budget and cost.
- Ensuring that quality of product is delivered according to specification.
- Internal and External reporting.
- Ensure that knowledge is shared across the project team.
- Ensuring that the projects deliver the desired results within project constraints and deadlines.
