Technical Support (offline)

You must have at least 6 months of experience supporting end users, Windows desktops, and Office 365 applications. This is a hands-on role. Intermediate level verbal English is required.

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities
- Mac and Windows desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft Office 365 software (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact
- Work US business hours (16:00 to 24:00 Lviv time)
- Document and keep updated troubleshooting steps and FAQs
- Support users via remote support screen share tools such as logmein.com or similar
- Provision users and troubleshoot virtual PBX telephony systems such as 8x8.com or similar
- Provision users for CRM systems such as Hubspot.com or similar
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of IT

Desired but not Required Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities
- Healthcare or medical background experience
- Experience with Azure and AWS
- WordPress administration
- Live chat support with tools such as intercom or similar
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft SQL administration
