Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Web Designers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
— Acting as a liaison with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
— Assisting in the creation and execution of online marketing initiatives (e.g. landing pages, eblasts, on-line sweepstakes, banner advertising, etc.)
— Organizing and coordinating meetings via Skype
— Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
— Task prioritization and processed coordination across team members
— Undertaking project tasks as required
— Fluent in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level);
— Ability to work both independently and in a team
— Excellent written/verbal communication and time management skills
— Ability to work on tight deadlines
— Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities
— Detail oriented
— Good at time-management
Will be a plus:
— Working knowledge of Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
— Project management or project coordinator experience
Working hours: aligned with the U.S. Holidays and Eastern Standard Time business hours (Boston), from 15.30 to 24.00 (Ukrainian time, taxi is provided) incl. 30 min break.
