Delivery Lead (offline)

Required Skills:
Being ready to serve in a leadership role in a flat structure
Proven track record of creating an infrastructure for successful delivery
BA or MS in Computer Science is preferable
5+ years of engineering experience in a leadership role managing teams across multiple products and technologies
Demonstrated experience with designing, planning and delivering complex software solutions
Ability to work with backend, frontend, business analysis, quality assurance, development operations, UI/UX design and provide guidance and mentorship
Strong analytical and system thinking skills
Understanding of modern development approaches and techniques and of the full software development lifecycle (including CI/CD)
Agile mindset and risk management
Excellent communication, negotiation, meeting facilitation skills
A great sense of humor

Desired skills:
Experience in the healthcare domain
Experience with Central Asia markets
Advanced level of English
PMP Certification or other Project or Program Management qualification (optional)
SCRUM or PMI-ACP Certification (optional)

Responsibilities:
Primary communication channel with customer and SME on technical and architectural questions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify system requirements
Ensuring product/feature/value delivery
Process and value retrospective activities (unit and strata level) and compliance
Involvement in recruiting/HR/staffing
Monitor and assess the performance of the market of your software products.
Monitor, track and report the performance of the team on a regular basis and/or whenever asked by shareholders
Facilitation of process changes
Mentoring mentors and involvement in the review process
