Influence Manager (TikTok/Twitch)

Hello! We are looking for a Junior Influence Manager to work with bloggers on TikTok and Twitch in the iGaming / esports industry.
Location: remote.

Current team: CMO, Influencer Team Lead, Influencer Fixed Lead, 6 Influence Managers + a sourcing/content-buying circuit

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of commercial experience
• Confident use of Telegram and Discord for daily communication with bloggers and the team
• Practical knowledge of TikTok, YouTube and Twitch: finding channels, evaluating statistics, checking published content
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel: basic formulas, counting, weekly reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple conversations at once
• Self-motivated and responsible
• English - doesn't matter at the moment, but level B1is a plus
• Ukrainian and Russian at a level sufficient for day-to-day internal communication within the team

Will be a plus:

• Experience with any CRM or task tracker (Notion, Trello, TickTick, etc.)
• Experience with link trackers / UTM tools (short.io or similar)
• Experience buying ads from TikTok bloggers (CPM/fixed)
• Experience or interest in our industry or an adjacent one

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant bloggers on TikTok and Twitch for our product
• Make first contact and negotiate terms: price within the set range, agree on publication timing
• Onboard bloggers using a unified script: rules, limits, promo code, payment details, proof checks
• Manage a pool of 30-40 bloggers: keep publications on schedule, top up balances on time, keep bloggers engaged after their first video
• Respond to bloggers during working hours within a few hours
• Keep blogger records in the system updated in real time
• Prepare a weekly count for your pool (views, payouts, releases) by template, due Monday
• Approve payments within your limit, escalate anything above it to the head
• Work with tasks in the tracker and report to the head on weekly results

How the role grows:

• First 2 weeks: onboarding under a mentor's supervision
• After that: independent management of your own pool
• Probation period: 1 month, with interim check-ins
