Basic requirements
- 0,5+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment for IT specialists
- Strong sourcing skills
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and interview feedbacks drawing up
- Active life position and positive mood
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Good English will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Searching for candidates according to Job Description requirements
- Pre-screening and initial contact with candidates
- Updating the database of candidates
- IT market research
- Organise office operations and procedures
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
