Sales Researcher/Lead generation (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

- work experience of at least six months in positions Lead Generation manager/Sales Researcher in IT sphere;
- research the pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets, ICP, target audience;
- conduct deep research on startups and growing companies;
- initiate the first contact with potential clients, adding them to and CRM;
- work with existing startups and contacts databases;
- monitor startup investment landscape;
- reach potential prospects from different angles - creativity is highly welcomed;
- build long-term relationships with prospects;
- organize Skype meetings;
- organize live meetings abroad;
- track personal leadgen performance results;
- build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move lead opportunities through the sales funnel;
- take part in other sales and marketing campaigns.

Required skills and characteristics:

- Upper-intermediate written English;
- passion for technologies, startups, business digitalization;
- strong analytical and research skills;
- knowledge and experience in managing a lead database using CRM tools, Google Sheet, email validation tools (e.g. Snov.io), mailout tools (e.g. Reply.io);
- detailed, organized and results-oriented;
- high-level of persistence and patience;
- people-oriented and creative thinking;
- previous work experience in research and reach out-oriented tasks;
- understanding of LinkedIn products and search algorithms;
- attention to detail;
- ability to learn quickly;
- self-motivated individual with the ability to work under minimal supervision;
- demonstrated interpersonal skills and positive attitude;

Main KPI-s:
- #of researched leads;
- #of outreached leads;
- #of MQL-s;
- #of scheduled meetings/calls;
- % of the leads that corresponds to the specified ICP, TA is close to 100%;
