Front-end Developer (React)/ Ecentria (offline)

We're looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join our web development team. You will primarily write quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, working closely with designers, marketing, project managers, and other software developers to implement sophisticated user interactions for web applications our the company's e-commerce web platform. Our websites have existed for years and are undergoing improvements; we need a Senior Developer to help lead many efforts towards this goal.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Implement sophisticated user interaction using javascript and React
Develop and extend OO JS code
Build reusable, well-abstracted, efficient and SEO-friendly front end components and systems
Develop prototypes and templates for various web applications
Work with designers, marketing, project managers, and other software engineers
Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience coding user interfaces for web sites and/or web applications
Passion of delivering high performance, detailed oriented, testable, quality code
Understanding of modern communication media, social networking, and search engine marketing
Ability to multitask, handle fast paced environment, and meet deadlines


Nice to Have

Experience with PHP, Assetic, or template engines such as Twig
Experience with APIs, Node.js, require.js, bower, grunt, github
Researching, studying and using innovative open-source technologies
Open source code or example projects that you're proud to share
Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Stash
