Senior Product Manager for a Big Networking Platform (offline)

We have two biggest directions: web platform for companies and municipalities (mostly US but also Europe, including Ukraine), and mobile - white label applications that let people navigate at different events, participate in exciting quests etc.

Requirements:

• Analytical set of mind;
• Good English: speaking and writing;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and environment;
• General understanding of SDLC;
• Understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, and user testing;
• Ability to excite and lead a development and creative teams;
• Ability to accept and deliver against user feedback and research;
• Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy and deliver positive results for customers
• Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment;
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized;
• Consulting and collaboration mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Gather user and functional requirements, estimate effort, set scope and define timelines for new product initiatives;
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive offerings;
• Manage and Collaborate with designers, product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions;
• Be active in the company’s customer success;
• Resolve conflicts in internal or cross-functional debates regarding process or execution;
• Own your product backlog.
