The Opportunity
— Coordinate release activities for 3 teams
— Remove impediments
— Ensure process elements are being followed and ceremonies are scheduled and conducted effectively
— Facilitate getting the work done, discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
— Drive change by teaching the teams and enforcing our SDLC processes and practices
— Document processes and practices on Confluence and through the use of JIRA dashboards
— Synthesize status information into consumable dashboards and reports
— Analyze historical execution data to surface problematic areas and propose appropriate adjustments to the SDLC
The Person
We expect you to be a hands-on person that can understand the high-level architecture of the project and to speak the same language with the Development and QA teams. What else?

— 3+ years of diverse experience with international projects and agile product development
— 2+ years in a Scrum Master type of role; at least 2 years working in a successful Agile environment involving a minimum of 3 concurrent teams;
— Familiarity with common agile engineering practices;
— Experience in driving product delivery in 2-3 software teams simultaneously;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
— Technical experience in any functional domain;
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science.

As a Plus
— Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and change management;
— Certified Scrum Master (CSM);
