Responsibilities: - Manage the team of PP; - Іmplement and improve of staffing best practices; - Ensure that delivery projects are properly provisioned with right talents to assure timely delivery; - Be a partner for delivery managers in all staffing; to be co-responsible with delivery managers for staffing results; - To be involved in project staffing planning, validate vacancies, define achievable schedules; - Collect forecast for future needs in talent resources taking into account upcoming new projects and growth of existing accounts; - Improve HR processes
Requirements: - Minimum 2-years of experience in managing HR team; - HR\Recruiting\Resource Management background; - Knowledge of IT expert specialization (programming languages, technologies etc.) and understanding of business processes; - Problem-solving, communication skills and ability to be diplomatic; - Highly detail oriented, independent and result oriented; - Experience of projects scheduling and change management
